Sr IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support and enhance existing operational processes to drive efficient project execution.
• Establish and maintain project governance standards, controls, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and performance metrics.
• Provide project tracking, reporting, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Assist senior leadership in the continuous improvement and maturation of project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
