Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds. In this community-focused role, you’ll perform comprehensive wound evaluations, debridement, and evidence-based interventions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize healing outcomes while supporting ECHN’s mission of compassionate, community-centered care and offering strong opportunities for professional growth.
