Property Management Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Property Management Coordinator in Miami, FL. Summary: This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and the property management team while ensuring administrative, operational, and financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the property management team
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with service requests and inquiries
• Coordinate meetings, special events, and office activities
• Assist with lease administration activities, tenant documentation, and insurance tracking
• Prepare vendor agreements, bid proposals, and service contracts
• Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and tenant bill-back documentation
• Maintain property files, contracts, and insurance records
• Track contract renewals and certificate expirations
• Monitor work order activity and prepare status reports
• Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting activities, and operational projects
• Maintain office supplies and support general office operations
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and business partners
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 1+ years of administrative, customer service, property management, real estate, or office coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience supporting commercial real estate, property management, facilities, or operations teams is a plus
