Logistics Coordinator - 1st Shift - Starting at $21.58/hr

Work Flexibility Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; OT as needed. Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor. What you will do Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes. What You Need High school Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control or related manufacturing experience Preferred experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) $21.58 - 29.20/hr plus bonus eligible + benefits Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
