Lockbox Processor / Data Entry Clerk (East Petersburg, PA)

• Opens, sorts, and organizes incoming mail and payment documents (checks, remittances, invoices).
• Reviews checks for required details such as signature, date, payee information, and accuracy.
• Key banking information into internal systems, including: Account numbers, Check amounts, Payment and remittance data.
• Performs high-volume, repetitive data entry with strong accuracy standards.
• Ensures documents are properly scanned, validated, and processed according to procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of financial information.
• Meets daily production and quality metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Follows established banking compliance and operational procedures.

Role Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Processor / Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume banking operations in a fast-paced financial processing environment. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming mail, extracting payment information, and performing precise data entry of check and payment details into internal banking systems.



NOTE: Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.


Type: 5 month-Contract


Work Schedule: Schedule may vary day-to-day; employees are expected to work a total of 35 to 40 hours per week, with longer shifts on some days balanced by shorter shifts on others.
