Commercial Roofing EstimatorWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator to provide accurate labor and material estimates for a variety of commercial roofing projects. This role combines office-based planning with on-site evaluations, requiring strong technical knowledge and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate estimates from bid documents or sales take-offs.Collaborate with sales personnel, office staff, subcontractors, and project managers to review scope, submittals, schedules, and contracts.Attend pre-construction meetings and assist in pre-job planning.Create equipment lists, schedule deliveries, and coordinate materials with the project manager.Maintain accurate records and perform additional tasks assigned by leadership.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience.Comprehensive knowledge of all commercial roof systems, from new construction to re-roofs.Skilled in reading and taking off drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe; experience with estimating software (EDGE preferred).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Requirements:Understanding of roofing practices, techniques, codes, and regulations.Must comply with OSHA guidelines and SOPs.Must pass mandatory/random drug tests.Clean driver's license required.Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
