Essential Functions Operate heat press machinery Review order paperwork with Heat Seal Lead Remain safety‑conscious Demonstrate flexibility for completing prioritized orders Place logos and numbers accurately prior to heat pressing to ensure quality prints Personal Attributes Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated Good eye for detail Skills and Experience No experience required, on‑the‑job training provided Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
