A leading specialty building materials supplier is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and help drive continued growth at their Memphis, TN location. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a building materials distribution operation with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations
• Lead, coach, and develop operations team members
• Manage inventory accuracy, purchasing, and product flow
• Improve operational processes and efficiency
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and customer service support
• Partner with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong safety culture and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Operations or management experience within building materials, distribution, or related industries
• Experience leading a warehouse or branch operation
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and process improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
