Role Description

Du studierst, du liebst Social Media – und du willst endlich mit echtem Budget und echten Kanälen arbeiten, statt nur in der Theorie über Reichweite zu reden. Dann lies weiter.

Wir sind eine unabhängige, datengetriebene Mediaagentur. Bei uns kümmerst du dich um zwei Dinge:

Du planst und schaltest Ads.
Du entwickelst Content für unsere eigenen Kanäle, von der Idee bis zum fertigen Post.

Beides remote, beides mit dem Freiraum, deine eigenen Ideen umzusetzen.

Aufgaben

Ads planen und einstellen:
- Du setzt Kampagnen auf Meta, TikTok & Co. auf, spielst sie aus, behältst die Zahlen im Blick und optimierst, bis sie laufen.
- Wenn du das noch nicht kannst, bringen wir es dir bei.
Content-Ideen entwickeln:
- Du hast ein Gespür dafür, was auf Social funktioniert, und übersetzt das in Formate für unsere eigenen Kanäle.
Content umsetzen:
- Von der Idee zum fertigen Post – Konzept, Text, Schnitt, raus damit.
Du denkst mit, statt nur abzuarbeiten:
- Was können wir testen, was lässt sich besser machen?

Qualifications

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in – idealerweise Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder etwas in der Richtung.
Du bist auf Social zuhause und verstehst die Plattformen von innen: Formate, Trends, Timing.
Erste Berührung mit Ads oder Content-Erstellung – ob aus Praktikum, eigenem Kanal, Uni-Projekt oder einfach Neugier.
Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig – remote heißt bei uns Vertrauen, kein Mikromanagement.
Sehr gutes Deutsch und ein Gefühl für Ton.
