HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Duration: 6 months (Potential to extend) Location: Cambridge MA (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $45 - $49 hourly on W2 JOB SUMMARY Job Description: Independently perform activities associated with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for a designated unit. Consult as needed with managers and HR generalists on job titles, descriptions and requirements, grades and starting salary ranges. Screen applicants for basic qualifications using compliant data management techniques. Review resumes, interview candidates, and develop diverse slates of candidates and finalists for manager consideration. Conduct appropriate reference and background checking. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment process. Accurately communicate important employment information during delivery and negotiation of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation). Manage candidate activity, including dispositioning of the applicant pool in the applicant tracking system. Prepare and enter any needed data or complete paperwork relating to hiring or onboarding. Basic JD Skills: The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent. This role supports all stages of the hiring process, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection and offer processes. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and equitable hiring practices. Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
