The Position Location: Oklahoma City, OK Department: Human Resources Type: Full-time Structure Hybrid Job Description The Talent Sourcer will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. Job Requirements Responsibilities Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed.) Craft and send recruiting emails. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and select qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Uphold Western Land Services’ Core values in all aspects of work. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferred. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings). Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs). Western Land Services Benefits Why WLS?
