Driver for Special Needs Adults

Driver Position

As a driver, you'll provide safe, caring transportation for adults with developmental disabilities while helping them live more independent, connected lives. Be part of a team that values compassion and reliability.

Your role and responsibilities include:

• Protecting students' health, safety, welfare, and best interest at all times.
• Transporting students on a company vehicle between their residences and the Center for the Arts as assigned.
• Providing supervision for students consistent with their individual program and behavior modification plans, and completing related documentation as required.
• Performing other vehicle-related duties as assigned, i.e., assisting in the transportation of vehicles to and from scheduled maintenance appointments, assisting with vehicle washing, etc.
• Completing all required paperwork in a timely fashion.

Qualifications include:

• Ability to obtain Class B Driver's License with passenger endorsement.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Related experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Acceptable driving history.
• Must have personal mode of transportation.
• Locations: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, and San Marcos.

Pay:

$23.00 hourly.

Status:

Part-time.
