Part -Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst Part Time Oceanside, CA, US Salary Range: $50.00 To $65.00 Hourly Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Part-Time Make a Meaningful Clinical Impact While Building a Schedule That Works for You. TERI is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise to TERI's Choices for Adult Learning (CAL) and Country School programs, with flexible part-time options based on program needs and your availability. You may support one program for approximately 14 hours per week or combine both programs for approximately 28 hours per week. The BCBA provides clinical oversight and behavioral support within TERI's CAL and Country School programs. The BCBA is responsible for assessment, behavior support planning, data analysis, treatment development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with staff and families to support positive outcomes. Your Role & Responsibilities – Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments and analyses, and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and related support plans. Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans, goals, data collection systems, and progress reports based on individual needs and clinical outcomes. Provide clinical guidance, training, coaching, and support to staff implementing behavioral strategies and intervention plans. Analyze behavioral data and monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make clinically appropriate recommendations. Provide direct behavioral services and support in program, classroom, home, and/or community settings as appropriate. Collaborate with families, program leadership, direct support professionals, educators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate in assessments, intake processes, team meetings, treatment planning, and other activities necessary to ensure high-quality behavioral services. Qualifications – Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior support plans and analyzing behavioral data. Strong communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills. Valid California Driver's License, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of personal vehicle insurability. Pay – $50 - $65 Hourly Status – Part-Time 14 hours per week supporting one prgram 28 hours per week supporting two programs Schedules will be coordinated based on program needs and candidate availability.
