Desired Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience working in school settings, particularly with children and adolescents Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and best practices in an educational environment Exceptional assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and family members Ability to create and deliver training for staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to achieve positive outcomes for students Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative services to students and school staff Monitor progress by collecting and analyzing data to inform ongoing intervention strategies Offer training and professional development to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Adjust interventions based on student progress and emerging needs Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and professional standards Experience an engaging and collaborative atmosphere while expanding your expertise in school-based behavioral interventions.
