Vos missions (Le quotidien d'un entrepreneur de terrain) :
En tant que vritable ambassadeur/drice de votre secteur, vos journes s'articulent autour de l'humain et de la stratgie :
- Dvelopper votre notorit : Prospecter avec mthode sur votre zone pour dnicher de futurs projets de vie (vendeurs et acqureurs).
- Conseiller et expertiser : Raliser des estimations prcises en vous appuyant sur la base de donnes exclusive Orpi.
- Valoriser les biens : Mettre en valeur les mandats grce nos outils digitaux (visites virtuelles, photos pro, multidiffusion).
- Piloter les ngociations : Accompagner vos clients de la premire visite jusqu' la signature chez le notaire.

Votre profil :
Plus qu'un CV ou un diplme, nous recherchons une personnalit et un temprament d'entrepreneur :
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel, de l'empathie et le sens de l'coute.
- Vous tes autonome, rigoureux(se) et savez organiser votre propre business.
- Vous avez la culture du rsultat et le got du challenge.
- Une premire exprience commerciale ou une bonne connaissance du tissu local est un vrai plus.
