Description: Preventative Maintenance Service Technician Spring Hill, FL Description HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: What You'll Do:
- Perform all maintenance tasks on HVAC systems including checking pressures, ductwork, filters etc.
- Cleaning drain-lines etc.
- Minimum of three years' work experience
- EPA Certification preferred
- Must have own hand tools
- Service knowledge a plus
