We're looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and making a difference in people's careers. What You'll Be DoingAs a full-cycle recruiter, you'll be involved in every step of the hiring process, including:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
- Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screening applicants and conducting interviews
- Coordinating employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Processing I-9s and E-Verify documentation
- Maintaining compliance and employee records
- Building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
- Managing multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Supporting workforce needs for a variety of skilled trade and construction positions
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or workforce management
- Knowledgeable xhyhwjd in I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes
- Comfortable placing and managing job advertisements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and dependable
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- A team player who values collaboration and accountability
