Associate Director, Portfolio Consolidation

Associate Director role supporting global pharmaceutical portfolio planning and consolidation. Combines strategic analytics, financial forecasting, and cross-functional leadership to deliver enterprise-level insights that guide commercial decision-making and long-term financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate brand and therapeutic-area forecasts into enterprise portfolio view for 1, 3, and 10-year planning cycles
- Maintain portfolio consolidation models and databases, ensuring data integrity and traceability
- Perform variance analyses and prepare executive-ready portfolio summaries and reports
- Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments across brands
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to forecasting community capability-building initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, or quantitative fields
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies, scenario design, patient flow modeling
- Experience with pharmaceutical secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python or comparable analytical programming languages preferred
- Proven track record developing or overseeing AI-enabled or advanced forecast models
- Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights for senior leadership
Compensation: $167,540–$203,013 base
