Resumen del Puesto de Asistente Dental (AD) Estamos buscando un Asistente Dental hábil y motivado para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo de la Organización de Servicios Dentales (DSO) en California. El candidato ideal es enfocado en el paciente, confiable y prospera en un entorno clínico de ritmo rápido y de alta calidad. Este rol apoya a nuestros proveedores en la entrega de una atención excepcional al paciente mientras mantiene la eficiencia y el cumplimiento con las regulaciones de California. Responsabilidades Clave Preparar salas de tratamiento y asegurar la esterilización adecuada de los instrumentos Asistir al dentista durante una variedad de procedimientos de tratamiento Tomar radiografías digitales en cumplimiento con los estándares de radiología de CA Registrar procedimientos y documentar notas clínicas con precisión Proporcionar educación al paciente sobre el cuidado post-tratamiento y la higiene oral Mantener el inventario y ayudar con el pedido de suministros dentales Asegurar el cumplimiento de OSHA, HIPAA y el control de infecciones Apoyar a la oficina frontal cuando sea necesario para mejorar la experiencia del paciente Calificaciones Certificación activa de Asistente Dental en California (como lo requiere la ley estatal) Certificación de rayos X (cumpliendo con California) Certificación de CPR/BLS Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como asistente dental (preferido) Conocimiento de terminología y procedimientos dentales Experiencia con Denticon o software dental similar (preferido) Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y organización Bilingüe (inglés/español) es un plus Compensación y Beneficios Salario por hora competitivo: dependiendo de la experiencia y certificación Seguros de salud, dental y de visión 401(k) con coincidencia de la compañía Tiempo libre pagado (PTO) y días festivos pagados Oportunidades de educación continua Crecimiento profesional dentro de una DSO multi-ubicación ¿Por qué unirse a nosotros?
