We provide a variety of healthcare services from comprehensive concierge programs to focused functional evaluations, nutrition and sports medicine.Job DescriptionLeading concierge, preventive medicine organization is actively seeking VIP Client Services Support to work with our clients. We are looking for a polished and flexible professional to provide high level client support, manage client experiences, developing/maintaining relationships and provide concierge services for high profile clients. We manage the programs and care for entertainment, sports, music and prominent business figures. As Client Services, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex calendars, keep clients on schedule, handle client requests for visit/products/etc, proactively contact clients for engagement and follow up. A positive and engaging self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding memory for detail will thrive in this rewarding role.QualificationsResponsibilities:Provide exceptional care and support to VIP client: in person, phone, emailScreen and direct all incoming calls and correspondence regarding nutritionEnsure tasks, projects and issues get solved for clients appropriately and efficientlyOversee heavy scheduling and calendar management and logisticsManage product/supplement orders for client: Take orders, contact for reordersProactive follow up on all client visitsEffectively manage private and highly confidential information discreetly and appropriatelyDiscuss fees and costs when necessaryAppropriately represent and uphold our company and its philosophy of exception service to clients, team members and outside facilitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree4+ years of strong administrative experience in a corporate environment2+ years in customer service or high end hospitalityHigh level of accountability for work and tasksSense of urgency in getting answers for clientAvailable to do whatever it takes to get the job doneInterest in health, medicine a plus – experience in entertainment preferredInterest in caring for and about peopleAdditional InformationHealthy benefits package, vision and dental, matching 401k, vacation, parkingTo apply for this role please submit:Cover letter requiredResumeSalary requirements *You must include your letter and resume to be considered for this position.
