The Payee Services Representative positions require candidates to go into the Zelis St Petersburg office two (2) days per month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliHandle incoming calls from our provider clients to answer questions regarding their payments and enrollment/liliWork to resolve any outstanding issues related to their payments including explaining the use of our electronic payment options (credit cards, direct electronic funds transfer)/liliAssist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products as well as assisting with the registration process, online web portal set-up and provider portal guidance including basic troubleshooting./liliNavigate Zelis platforms and processes efficiently with the goal of providing quick and thorough responses to our clients with first call resolution./liliBuild and maintain a thorough knowledge of Zelis Payments products and solutions./liliBuild and maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, especially related to provider privacy./liliMaintaining scheduled adherence and remaining productive throughout your given shift./liliAbility to consistently meet monthly stat expectations and attendance goals./liliMaintain and display a positive attitude./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring to Zelis:/pulliPassion for customer service and helping people/liliExcellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills/liliProficiency in problem-solving and basic troubleshooting/liliComputer proficiency and technical aptitude/liliAttention to detail/liliConsistent and reliable/liliComfort with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc./liliDemonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in customer service situations/liliTo excel in a remote work environment, it is essential to have a dedicated and well-equipped workspace.
