Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Job Duties

Assemble, configure, and test electronic components and mobile video surveillance systems. Install and program mobile digital video recorders (MDVRs) and related hardware. Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment and production issues. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Complete production tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Assist with inventory management and material handling. Document production activities and maintain accurate records. Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
