What You’ll Do Lead Bible studies and times of prayer Disciple and mentor students daily Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability Assist with daily program operations and activities Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events Help maintain a structured, Christ‑centered environment Requirements Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission Heart for people struggling with addiction High school diploma or GED Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training Strong communication and relational skills Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized Paid Time Off (PTO) 13 paid holidays each year Ongoing training and leadership development Opportunities for ministry growth and advancement A Christ‑centered work environment The opportunity to make a real, lasting impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
