Emergency Medicine Physician - Full-Time, San Antonio, TX

Required Skills:

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (MD or DO)
• EM residency training required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage acute medical emergencies with sound clinical judgment
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Residency trained in Emergency Medicine
• Prior experience working in emergency medicine settings, ideally in freestanding EDs or similar fast-paced environments

Other Requirements:

• 12-hour shifts available (6a to 6p, 6p to 6a)
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Must have valid medical license in Texas
• No additional travel or shift requirements specified

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $120,000 per year based on 120 hours per month at full-time capacity
• Full malpractice coverage included
• Flexibility with scheduling to promote work-life balance
• Use of Meditech EMR system
