As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with technical support, billing, products, and general service questions while creating a positive experience with every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer service and technical support calls
- Troubleshoot product, equipment, installation, and service issues
- Assist customers with billing, payments, account questions, and service activations
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
- Resolve concerns and de-escalate difficult customer situations
- Educate customers on available products, services, and upgrades
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Computer proficient and able to quickly learn new systems
- Organized and able to multitask while accurately documenting information
- Professional, patient, and comfortable working toward performance goals
Experience
- 6+ months of customer service or technical support experience preferred
