Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 34 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Nursing, located in the region, involves providing safe and competent patient-centered care for individuals with cardiac monitoring needs. Job Details Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 34.5 hours per week Required Qualifications: NYS Registered Nurse License; BLS; ACLS; Telemetry experience; Minimum two years of RN experience; One year of travel experience (for travel positions); EPIC software experience highly preferred; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, associate degree considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in a BSN program; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilators, telemetry or cardiology populations, and proficiency in clinical assessment, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation. Additional Information: This role involves performing charge nurse duties, coordinating with clinical team members to ensure resource availability, facilitating patient flow, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives through evidence-based practices. The position emphasizes ethical decision-making, professional communication, and maintaining the principles of high reliability to ensure patient safety.
