Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, varying by location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, two-week periods may occur. Our running schedule is Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all under three years old, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home with responsible secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with a focus on 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. Rest assured, our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads to ensure efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Most of our routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated account opportunities.
