Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Kennett, MO

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks at a time based on your location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week periods can occur. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home, with a responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations mainly occur east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. We ensure consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you will be eligible for dedicated accounts.
