- Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Own and manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Leverage data to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in email/CRM marketing, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, compliance, and journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for hip-hop and R&B music.
- Experience with ESP platforms (Attentive is a plus) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
