Marketing Assistant

Assistant – Social Media, PR & Brand Operations This role supports marketing, partnerships, and in-store brand execution across all locations. It is highly execution-focused and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. This position serves as a direct assistant to leadership and reports directly to Bebe Lari. Core Responsibilities Influencer & Community Growth Build and maintain a structured influencer database (categorized by reach, engagement, and brand fit) Conduct consistent outreach for collaborations, gifting, and events Identify new and emerging creators aligned with the brand Track influencer performance and maintain organized reporting Brand Partnerships & PR Proactively source and outreach to brands for partnerships and collaborations Coordinate campaigns from initial outreach through execution and recap Assist with PR efforts including media outreach, gifting, and press opportunities Track deliverables and ensure all partnership obligations are fulfilled Campaign Coordination & Execution Act as liaison between internal team, designers, printers, and store teams Manage timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across all campaigns Oversee production and distribution of all marketing materials Ensure smooth rollout of campaigns across all locations Store Visuals & Brand Standards Conduct regular in-store “look & feel” checks across locations Ensure all posters, menus, and signage are current, properly placed, and aligned with brand guidelines Identify and flag outdated or inconsistent materials and coordinate updates Maintain a standardized checklist to ensure consistency across all stores Social Media & Content Support Assist with content planning and execution across social platforms Coordinate content shoots including talent, product, and logistics Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and flag opportunities Track performance and provide basic insights Platform & Menu Management Update and maintain items, pricing, and visuals on Square Ensure consistency across in-store systems and third‑party platforms Paid Ads & Growth Support Assist in managing ad campaigns (Meta, Google), including setup, monitoring, and reporting Track performance and flag optimization opportunities Pet Brand Support Lead outreach and partnerships for Kreation Pets Support influencer seeding and marketing initiatives for the pet vertical Operations & Administrative Maintain organized trackers for influencers, partnerships, and campaigns Ensure deadlines are met and projects are executed on time Support ad hoc marketing, PR, and operational needs as they arise Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable with outreach (email, DM, relationship management) Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and basic analytics Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with Square or similar systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Kreation Organic Juice
