What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in regaining independence with daily living activities
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility requirements
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and safety precautions

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• CPR Certification
• 1+ years of relevant outpatient/home health experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with pediatric and adult patients
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Ability to work independently in a home environment
