Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics Locations: Aurora, CO Join a collaborative and patient-centered outpatient orthopedic clinic where your skills can make a meaningful impact every day. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will treat a diverse orthopedic patient population—many with complex, multi-condition injuries—through both conservative and post-surgical rehabilitation. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics, our practice is not restricted by typical insurance limitations or visit caps, allowing you the flexibility to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. Team Environment You will work alongside: Physical therapists, PTAs and PT Aides Medical doctors, chiropractors, psychologists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists Our clinic fosters a supportive, team-driven culture with a strong emphasis on: Continuous learning and professional development Peer collaboration and mentorship Open communication across disciplines Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands‑on therapy and exercise prescription Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care Supervise and delegate to PTAs and PT Aides when appropriate Complete thorough and timely documentation using EMR Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PT program (Master’s or Doctorate; new grads welcome) Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado Strong clinical, manual therapy, and communication skills Ability to work full‑time (36‑40 hours/week) Comfortable working within a team and supervising support staff Spanish speaking (preferred but not required) Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $85,000-$120,000 (based on experience and bonus opportunities) Benefits include: Health insurance (75% employer-covered) Dental insurance (50% employer-covered) Simple IRA with 3% match Paid continuing education Paid time off Flexible scheduling Complimentary services from in‑house providers Generous bonus system that can be earned daily after the initial 90‑day training period Why Join Us?
