This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the people side of business but wants exposure to several areas of HR rather than being limited to one function.You'll support employees throughout the employee lifecycle while partnering with HR leadership on onboarding, recruiting, employee communications, HRIS administration, and company culture initiatives.What you'll be doingCoordinate new-hire onboarding and employee transitionsMaintain accurate employee information in the HRISAssist with recruiting coordination and interview schedulingPrepare offer and onboarding documentationSupport employee engagement activitiesAssist with benefits and employee questionsMaintain confidential personnel recordsTrack required employee documentationPrepare HR reports and spreadsheetsAssist with company communicationsCoordinate employee events and recognition programsSupport HR projects and process improvementsPartner with Payroll on employee changes and timekeeping questions
