About the Role:

• As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, while also maintaining a strong focus on quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vitals, and completing basic wound care treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident autonomy and independence

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including updating care plans and reporting changes in resident condition

• Educate residents, families, and staff on disease processes, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs
