Our client, a leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: MA

Pay Range: $31

Shift: Flex 12 rotating, Week 1 - M T F Sa, Week 2 - Su W Th, 7am to 7pm with 30 min lunch

What's the Job?

• Provide guidance to other technicians and drive daily operations.
• Mentor new employees and act as a senior technician on the floor.
• Perform complex tasks requiring judgment in resolving issues.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
• Review, revise, and author batch records and SOPs.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GMP and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
