Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Bellevue area. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in pharmacy practice within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location:

• Bellevue, WA (near Seattle)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and in a timely manner
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions
• Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records
• Participate in medication therapy management and patient education

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a current state license valid in Washington
• Experience in clinical pharmacy and prescription processing
• Strong knowledge of drug therapies, interactions, and patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
