A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist seeking to apply pharmacy expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting in Bellevue, WA, near Seattle. This role focuses on providing clinical pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate medication therapy plans for patients to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to medication regimens and adjust as necessary.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license in good standing.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist or Pharmacist within a hospital or clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and make sound pharmaceutical decisions.
