Business Manager III - Onsite Greenville, NC

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Business Manager III to develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial clients in its Pharma Services Group. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, managing complex programs, and ensuring successful execution of client initiatives while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new commercial clients as primary liaison
• Identify and execute organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts in partnership with internal teams
• Manage portfolio strategies, technology transfers, and commercial product launches across multiple clients
• Support contract negotiation, compliance, and financial management of assigned accounts including forecasting
• Manage demand planning for Sales & Operations Planning and serve as escalation point for critical business issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field plus 3+ years relevant experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract manufacturing, or CMO/CDMO industry experience strongly preferred
• Account management, project management, sales, or commercial client-facing experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP-regulated environments
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning
• Experience with technology transfer projects and commercial product launches preferred
