Program Coordinator

A large health-related association located in Bethesda, is seeking a superstar Program Coordinator. Responsible for a variety of administrative functions that support the activities of the Education Department, including specific CME activities and the Education Committee. Assists in the coordination and implementation of educational courses and other educational activities, including faculty logistics, brochure, and syllabus production. Provides administrative support to the Education team; schedules conference calls and meetings, distributes meeting minutes, and other follow-up items. Coordinates all aspects related to the faculty of educational activities, including correspondence, speaker forms, faculty handbooks and syllabus materials. Coordinates the invitation and confirmation of faculty/ speakers for the annual live courses and selected freestanding symposia. Maintains filing system for educational activities and Education Committee in accordance with our policy. Maintains credit tracking database, inputs data and routinely responds to requests and performs regular correspondence. Coordinates the review process for vendor contracts for the Education team. Provides administrative support and management to the international subcommittee, training and Academy of Educators. Provides research, writing, and editing support for developing needs assessment and evaluation reports for educational activities. Processes invoices, check requests, and travel reimbursements. Qualifications: Experience in administration in healthcare, education, or non-profit industries Some travel may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
