Mechanical Service Sales - HVAC Focus

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Mechanical Service Sales professional with HVAC Focus in San Diego to expand the commercial service portfolio and drive new maintenance contract growth.

Impact
Grow the San Diego service business through targeted account development.
Help commercial clients extend equipment life and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Build a strong pipeline of recurring service revenue.
Strengthen market presence in the greater San Diego commercial construction space.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue commercial HVAC service opportunities across the San Diego region.
Perform building walkthroughs and equipment assessments for prospective clients.
Develop customized service proposals based on facility needs and budget.
Present maintenance programs and retrofit solutions to property managers and owners.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate scoping and pricing.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Track all sales activities and maintain pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, engineers, and building owners.

Requirements
Must-Haves
3 or more years of HVAC or mechanical service sales experience.
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance practices.
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
Ability to develop accurate service scopes and cost estimates.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with chiller, boiler, or central plant service sales.
Technical background as an HVAC technician or service manager.
Familiarity with the San Diego commercial real estate market.

Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. This is a full-time role based in the San Diego metro area.
