No previous roofing or sales experience is required - we're looking for people who are willing to learn, communicate with homeowners, and represent Rose professionally in the communities we serve.What You'll DoVisit designated neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.Share information about complimentary exterior inspections.Schedule interested homeowners with our sales team.Work alongside other members of the Rose field team.Learn practical communication and sales skills along the way.What the Role Does Not RequireThis is a ground-level position. You will not be expected to climb roofs or carry ladders.Our experienced team handles inspections, estimates, insurance-related discussions, contracts, and project management.Pay & ScheduleHourly plus performance-based bonuses.Paid weekly.Full-time and part-time opportunities available.Flexible scheduling.Field schedules vary based on season and local team needs.TransportationYou do not need a driver's license or personal vehicle to qualify for this position but highly recommended.Carpooling/team transportation is available in many areas. Team members are responsible for getting to the designated meeting point for their local team.
