Tax Manager

A growing alternative asset management firm is seeking a Tax Manager to own its tax function end to end. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO, with broad scope across fund-level compliance, investor reporting, and cross-border structures. The firm manages a complex entity structure spanning funds, AIVs, holding companies, and a management company, with both domestic and non-US investor bases. The Tax Manager will serve as the internal expert and primary liaison to external tax advisors, keeping everything from investor K-1s and FBARs to FATCA reporting running accurately and on time. The role in a nutshell: This is the kind of role where you own the work. No large tax department buffering you from the complexity. You'll be deep in partnership allocations, tax basis waterfalls, withholding compliance for non-US investors, and holding company financials. If you've built your career in partnership tax and want a seat closer to the business, this is the move.
