Research Engineer

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and development activities related to architectural panels and steel products Design and develop new products and processes, and improve existing ones Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and processes Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement Analyze data and present findings to management and other stakeholders Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technologies Participate in product design reviews and provide technical insights and recommendations Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners for research and development collaborations Write technical reports and documentation to support product development and improvement Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Provide technical support to production and quality control teams as needed Assist with the preparation of patent applications and other intellectual property protection efforts Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principles Experience with CAD software and simulation tools Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successful project management and execution Familiarity with patent laws and intellectual property protection is a plus At Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
