LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lake Como, FL and surrounding areas. We provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to medically fragile children and adolescents in their homes. The role involves caring for patients, administering medications, coordinating care, educating families, and ensuring quality outcomes. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided). Provide care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
