About the Role:

The Digital Media Specialist will play a key role in expanding Our Company's online visibility, strengthening employer branding, and increasing candidate and client engagement across digital channels. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that effectively promote our staffing services, recruitment solutions, employer partnerships, and career opportunities to diverse audiences.

Working closely with recruiters, talent acquisition teams, business development professionals, and leadership, the Digital Media Specialist will create compelling digital content that attracts qualified candidates, enhances client relationships, and supports recruitment initiatives. By utilizing data analytics, audience insights, SEO strategies, and emerging digital marketing trends, this role will continuously improve campaign performance, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality candidate leads across multiple platforms. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing digital marketing or digital media campaigns, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, human resources, employment services, or professional services industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), digital analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
