Service Administrator

Service Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! As a sales administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties (Most Important to Least Important)

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling.
  • Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
  • Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs.
  • Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders.
  • Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed.
  • Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
