About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Product with a focus on AI and agentic product to lead the vision and execution of its product and platform strategy. This senior role is pivotal in driving the integration of AI across the business, from marketplace to internal systems, and in shaping the future of AI-native product organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the AI product strategy, making critical decisions on AI development, and ensuring the quality and business impact of AI-enabled products. This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of modern AI as a product discipline, including agentic architectures, design, and evaluation, as well as a proven track record in leading AI-enabled product teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of software product management experience, including 8 years in a leadership role. The role demands a leader who can set and execute product strategy at the executive level, with a strong emphasis on growth marketing and a background in software engineering. The SVP, Product will be expected to work closely with the executive team, mentor product teams, and be at the forefront of AI innovation. The ideal candidate will be a world-class individual contributor, with a high bar for quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
