About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Product Management to spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of the product lifecycle for its diverse range of foam innovation products. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the multi-year product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and driving profitable revenue growth. This senior leadership role involves setting the product vision, leading a team of product managers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize the speed to market. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining market intelligence, developing go-to-market strategies, and overseeing the entire consumer-centric product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Applicants for the VP, Product Management position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, particularly in the context of managing product lines or categories. A strong background in manufacturing or product development is advantageous. The role requires a proven track record in leading product portfolios, developing and executing product strategies, and influencing at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, excellent customer presentation skills, and proficiency in data analytics tools. A key aspect of the role is the ability to anticipate and respond to consumer market trends, and to lead a high-performing product management team.
