Role Inside Sales Specialist engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll focus on relationship‑building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth. Responsibilities Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings Collect financial information and assess needs Maintain consistent follow‑up to drive conversions Keep CRM records updated and accurate Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams Represent Guerra professionally at events Assist with team projects and administrative tasks Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills Requirements 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written) Financial industry experience is a plus, not required Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2‑15, 2‑14) are a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Team‑player mindset with a professional, service‑focused attitude What We Are Expecting High‑quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking Measurable contribution to business growth through sales performance Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams Professional, client‑focused communication at all times Schedule Full‑time, role based in Miami, FL Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support Compensation $80,000–$100,000+ annually All‑in (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
