About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing holistic care and support to individuals and families in need. The successful candidate will be a relational, faith-aligned leader with a deep commitment to the values of dignity, compassionate care, and the belief that hope belongs to everyone. This role is pivotal in guiding the organization to meet both practical and relational needs, while also fostering community partnerships and expanding the long-term sustainability and impact of the nonprofit. The Executive Director will be responsible for strengthening organizational leadership, cultivating donor and community relationships, and investing in the staff and volunteer culture. They will also play a key role in fundraising strategy, deepening partnerships, and supporting the operational maturity of the organization. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a trusted bridge builder, an experienced fundraiser, and a strategic steward. They should be operationally minded, community-focused, and a leader of people, culture, and volunteers. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with growth and complexity, and who is grounded, wise, and faith-aligned. The candidate should be able to lead through change, maintain stability, and honor the organization's ministry vision. Above all, the Executive Director must demonstrate integrity, wisdom, and humility, and see their work as a calling to serve a mission-centered organization that is dedicated to bringing hope and care to the community.
